Centiments, LLC (“Centiments,” “we,” “us”) builds done-for-you control dashboards for manufacturing job shops. You can reach us any time at hello@centiments.ai.

From the website: if you submit your shop's URL or your email, we store that along with any context you provide (company name, message) and basic technical metadata (referrer, UTM parameters, user agent) so we can follow up and attribute where you came from.

Analytics: we use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used. This may include pages viewed and actions taken, tied to a pseudonymous identifier.

From an engagement: once you become a client, we connect to the financial and operational systems you authorize (for example QuickBooks and your shop/ERP system) on a read-only basis to build and maintain your dashboard. The specifics are governed by your separate services agreement.

Each client's data lives in a separate, isolated database. Your financials never sit alongside another shop's. We connect read-only — we read from your systems, we do not write to them. We never sell your data, and you can revoke access or request a full export or deletion at any time.

To respond to inquiries, build and operate your dashboard, improve the product, and send you transactional messages (such as a notification that your dashboard is ready). We do not run a third-party advertising network on your data.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our hosting, database, email, and analytics vendors — under agreements that limit their use to providing those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@centiments.ai and we'll take care of it.

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes affecting clients will also be communicated directly.
