We quote what we saw, not what you described
The fixed price is set after we've looked at the real work — never off a description of it, never an hourly meter.
The second half isn't due until you sign off
Half up front against the fixed quote. The rest isn't due until you've checked the finished work yourself and are satisfied with it.
Nothing changes in your systems without your written OK
Before we touch anything live — move a file, connect an account, turn on an agent — you've agreed to exactly what changes. We verify it matches what we agreed before we call a job done.
Anything we hold gets deleted — in writing
Any copy Centiments keeps to do the work is permanently deleted when the engagement ends, and we send you a written deletion certificate saying so.
One person does the work, and you'll always know who

He runs Centiments and does the work personally — looks at your material, builds or runs the AI that does the job, and checks the output by hand before it comes back to you. If that changes as engagements grow, you'll be told plainly, not left to guess.
